Refund Policy Terms
A. A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee.
B. Thereafter, a student will be liable for
- The non-refundable registration fee plus
- The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus
- Tuition liability as of the student’s last date of physical attendance. Tuition liability is divided by the number of terms in the program. Total tuition liability is limited to the term during which the student withdrew or was terminated and any previous terms completed.
a) First Term
If termination occurs School will keep
Prior to or during the first week 0%
During the second week 20%
During the third week 35%
During the fourth week 50%
During the fifth week 70%
After the fifth week 100%
b) Subsequent Terms
If termination occurs School will keep
During the first week 20%
During the second week 35%
During the third week 50%
During the fourth week 70%
After the fourth week 100%
C. All Course materials that have an associated fee are non-refundable (i.e. textbooks).
D. The student refund may be more than that stated above if the accrediting agency refund policy results in a greater refund.
Refund Policy – Quarters

B. Thereafter, a student will be liable for
- The non-refundable registration fee plus
- The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus
- Tuition liability as of the student’s last date of physical attendance. Tuition liability is divided by the number of quarters in the program.
Total tuition liability is limited to the quarter during which the student withdrew or was terminated, and any previous quarters completed.
(A) First Quarter and Second Quarter:
If termination occurs School will keep
Prior to or during the first week 0%
During the second week 25%
During the third week 50%
During the fourth week 75%
After the fourth week 100%
(B) Subsequent Quarter
If termination occurs School will keep
During the first week 25%
During the second week 50%
During the third week 75%
After the third week 100%
C. The student refund may be more than that stated above if the accrediting agency or the Federal Pro-rata refund policy results in a greater refund.
*If a student withdrew during the second quarter, the school must use the “First Quarter” schedule unless the school can demonstrate that no significant educational change has occurred in the program as of the student’s last date of attendance.
While job placement service may be provided, it is understood that the school cannot promise or guarantee employment to any student or graduate.
Refund Policy – Mini
(6 or less weeks in duration)
A. A student who cancels within 7 days of singing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned with the exception of the
non-refundable registration fee.
B. Thereafter, a student will be liable for
a. The non-refundable registration fee plus
b. The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus
c. Tuition liability as of the student’s last date of physical attendance. Tuition liability is divided by the number of minis in the program. Total tuition liability is limited to the mini during which the student withdrew or was terminated, and any previous quarters completed.
Mini Refund Policy
If termination occurs School will keep
0-15% of the program 0%
16-30% of the program 25%
31-45% of the program 50%
46-60% of the program 75%
After 60% of the program 100%
C. The student refund may be more than that stated above if the accrediting agency or the Federal Pro-rata refund policy results in a greater refund.
While job placement service may be provided, it is understood that the school cannot promise or guarantee employment to any student or graduate.
Cancellation Policy for VA Students
(All non-accredited schools)
1) A VA Student can cancel the enrollment agreement at no penalty by notifying the school in writing within seven (7) days after agreement was signed provided the student has not entered into instruction.
2) If the VA student cancels the agreement, the school will retain $100 of the registration fee.
3) If the student withdraws or is discontinued after instruction has begun, the school will keep:
(A)$100 of the established registration fee. The amount in excess of $100 will be subject to proration.
(B) The stated cost of such text books, tools, etc. as have been accepted by the student.
(C) An amount based on hours of attendance – absence – from first to last day of attendance multiplied by the prorated hourly rate of the tuition. All money due to the eligible veteran student will be paid within 30 days.
Refund Eligibility (for Construction Safety Online Courses only)
- 100% refund if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the course has not been accessed.
- No refund will be issued if:
- You have started or accessed any portion of the online course.
- The refund request is made more than 24 hours after purchase (except for approved special cases).
- Inability to pass tests or the final assessment given at the end of the online course.
How to Request a Refund
- All requests must be submitted in writing to: info@compu21.edu with proof of payment and a description of a reason for the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

- Application fees
- Material fees (if already distributed or used) Course Cancellations
If a class is canceled by Compu21 Institute, students will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to apply the credit to a future course
